Embarking on a remodeling endeavor independently or already collaborating with your chosen tradespeople? If securing premium materials is the missing piece to complete your renovation puzzle, allow us to step in. We're committed to serving your needs and guiding you in choosing top-quality hard surface materials.
HARD SURFACE DESIGN
1) Initial Design Consultation
We will review and discuss your design style, preferences, and the overall desired feel and functionality of your home. We will also reserve time to browse our showroom and workshop with you to see which kinds of materials and finishes are inspiring to you and may be potential options for your new space.The time needed to set aside will vary depending on the project’s scope and customer availability.
2) Selections, Measurements, & Estimates
Whether you solely need materials or a complete installation, we’re here to help facilitate your needs.
Once selections have been finalized and measurements are obtained for the appropriate spaces, we will provide an estimation of all products, materials, and professional trades, if needed, to execute the project.
3) Final Design Presentation
We will set up a final design meeting to present the proposed selections and ensure you are completely in love with your customized design!
Outstanding questions or concerns about materials, install requirements, labor, and project timeline are discussed at this time. Any pertinent changes will be made to your design estimate prior to ordering materials and scheduling professional trades.
4) Ordering, Trade Scheduling, & Communication
Once orders are placed and received, they are inspected and stored in our warehouse until they are ready for pickup and installation by the appropriate trade.
As trades are scheduled for installation, our Install Coordinator & Designer oversee their progress throughout the completion of the project. Our team approach ensures a smooth and precise installation of the design while doing so in a timely manner.
Additional Design Consultation Services
In addition to hard surface selection, we offer supplemental design services to assist you in bringing your whole custom design vision to life!
Please note, the following services are subject to an hourly design fee. If you are purchasing hard surfaces from us, we will evaluate the design fee on a case-by-case basis, as this is dependent on project scope. We want to ensure we are respectful of everyone’s time and energy going into your project and appreciate your understanding in supporting our team and their concerted efforts to bring your dream to life!

Design Concept & Space Planning
We will explore and discuss how you want your space to look, feel, and function, paying particular attention to your preferred design style as well as the desired mood and flow of your space. Pinterest boards and inspiration photos/videos are super helpful and encouraged in this phase!
Interior Finish Selections
Assistance with planning and selection of:
- Paint colors
- Lighting fixtures
- Cabinet & door hardware
- Plumbing fixtures
- Window coverings
- Furnishings & decor
